GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Fiscal Resource ; McKay
Olympic Games; states purpose of act is to provide assurances & commitments necessary for U.S. & International Olympic Committees to select host city for Olympic Games; creates Olympic Games Guaranty Account within Economic Development TF: provides for execution of games-support contracts; provides that act does not obligate state to pay for or fund any building or facility; authorizes state agencies to assist local organizing committee in hosting games, etc.
