GENERAL BILL by Finance & Taxation ; Transportation ; Kyle

Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles; authorizes exchange of certain information between DOR & HSMV Dept.; updates current allowable exception to use of school bus; provides increased penalties for defacement, damage or removal of official traffic control devices or railroad signs or signals; exempts persons of specified age from certain motorcycle safety equipment requirements; prohibits covering of headlamps to alter color of lamp, etc. Amends FS.
