Juveniles/Classification & Placement; revises definitions for purposes of specified provision re children & families in need of services; provides additional intake screening requirements; provides for special detention order to allow comprehensive evaluation upon finding of delinquency; authorizes predispositional report upon finding of delinquency; creates position of youth custody officer within Juvenile Justice Dept., etc. Amends Ch. 985, 984.03.
