Workers' Compensation; revises workers' compensation coverage requirements; revises certification & registration requirements for initial licensure; provides for type of qualifying security deposit necessary to become selfinsured employer; revises requirements of reports of information by workers' compensation insurers; conforms statutory crossreferences. Amends 440.38, 489.114,.115,.510,.515, 627.914.
