Wine/Out of State/Charitable Orgs.; authorizes direct shipment of wine from outside state to certain charitable organizations for fundraising purposes; exempts such wine from excise tax on wine; authorizes possession of not more than 24 bottles of wine purchased outside state & brought, shipped, or caused to be shipped into state by possessor, under certain circumstances; amends provision which prohibits certain shipments of beverages, to conform. Creates 561.548,.545, 562.15.
