GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf

Insurance; extends term of exemption from taxes & assessments on minority-owned property & casualty insurers; postpones scheduled repeal of law; directs dept. to adopt rules re market conduct exams & license applications; revises provisions re unfair competition & deceptive practices; provides standards for single interest insurance; prohibits motor vehicle insurers from imposing surcharge or discount due to certain factors, etc. Amends FS.
