GENERAL BILL by Saunders

Public Records/Parents ID/Newborns; provides exemption from public records requirements for information that identifies parents who leave newborn infants at emergency medical services stations; provides exception; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Amends 383.51.
