Insurers & HMOs/Investments; amends provision including derivative instruments within definition of assets; revises limitations on certain investments for purposes of diversification; provides for investments by insurers & HMOs in financial derivative instruments; amends provision including derivative instruments within definition of assets; increases allowable investments by HMOs in certain corp. stocks, etc. Amends Ch. 625, 641.35; creates 625.336, 641.195.
