Funeral & Cemetery Services; revises references re burial records & need determinations; provides membership & terms of Funeral Directors, Embalmers, & Cemetery Services Board; increases minimum acreage requirements to establish cemetery company; requires & provides for placement of permanent labels on containers used for final disposition or inurnment of human remains; provides for future placement of said board within Banking & Finance Dept., etc. Amends FS.
