GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Carlton ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Pruitt

Sales & Use Tax Administration; repeals certain provision which authorizes DOR to contract with certain vendors to develop & implement voluntary system for sales & use tax collection & administration; creates Simplified Sales & Use Tax Administration Act; provides that each state that is party to agreement must abide by certain requirements in order for dept. to enter into agreement, etc. Repeals 213.27(9); creates 213.256.
