Tax Administration; provides for notice of disbursement of proceeds of judicial sale to DOR under certain conditions when it was performing unemployment compensation tax collection services pursuant to contract with Workforce Innovation Agency; eliminates specific sales tax exemption for organizations providing crime prevention, drunk driving prevention, & juvenile delinquency prevention services, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
