Public Records/Personal/Medical; provides exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information contained in financial records, patient records, & other medical records, as well as bank account numbers, debit, charge, & credit card numbers, held by DOI; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Creates 627.3111.
