GENERAL BILL by Crime Prevention, Corrections & Safety ; Machek ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Slosberg ; Andrews ; Kendrick ; Spratt ; Holloway

Reckless Driving; provides penalties for reckless driving resulting in damage to property or person or serious bodily injury; amends provision re vehicular homicide to provide penalties; requires that HSMV revise uniform traffic citation upon future printings, to include special check-off box for law enforcement officers to use to indicate aggressive careless driving, etc. Amends 316.192,.650, 782.071, 921.0022, 960.03; creates 316.1923.
