GENERAL BILL by Melvin

Workers' Compensation; specifies nonapplication of workers' compensation exemption from creditors' claims to child support; provides for substantial revision of election of exemption provisions; provides limitation on certain hourly rates for family member under certain circumstances; revises provisions re Employee Assistance & Ombudsman Office; provides criteria for satisfaction of employer's obligation to pay compensation, etc. Amends Chs. 61, 112, 440, 627.
