SB 1796: Community Associations
GENERAL BILL by Geller
Community Associations; provides that judges of county courts may hear certain matters in equity re certain condominium, cooperative, & homeowner cases; provides time limitation on legal or equitable actions to enforce provisions of community association governing documents; revises form for building permit application to include reference to communities regulated by private community association, etc. Amends Ch. 718, 26.012, 34.01, 95.11, 702.09, 713.135.
