Housing; includes housing for homeless in eligible housing under Florida Affordable Housing Guarantee Program; revises eligibility requirements for certain loans under Florida Homeownership Assistance Program; provides that facility or community claiming exemption from Fair Housing Act re familial status for housing for older persons shall register with Fla. Commission on Human Relations & affirm compliance, etc. Amends 420.503,.5088,.5092, 760.29,.31.
