GENERAL BILL by Meek
Teacher Certification; allows DOE, in specified circumstances, to grant extension of deadline for achieving passing scores on CLAST or on other basic skills exams required by state board rule to person who has documented learning disability; allows dept., in specified circumstances, to grant extension of deadline for achieving passing scores on professional education competency exam to teacher who has documented learning disability, etc. Amends 231.17.
