GENERAL BILL by Local Government & Veterans Affairs ; Sorensen
Growth Management; directs Community Affairs Dept. to compile revitalization manual; provides that agricultural land use category shall be eligible for location of public schools in local government comprehensive plan in rural counties under certain conditions; directs dept. to authorize up to five local governments to designate rural land stewardship areas; provides that owners of land within such areas may convey development rights, etc. Amends FS.
        
        Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
