Land Acquisition & Management; defines "conservation lands"; provides procedure for disposition of certain surplus conservation lands by Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund; exempts Greenway lands from certain public notice & hearing requirements prior to sale, lease, exchange, or grant of easement; revises goals & performance measures of Florida Forever Act, etc. Amends Ch. 253, 259.035,.105, 298.22, 369.255; creates 259.0324.
