GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Burt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Lawson ; Mitchell ; Crist

Florida Retirement System; authorizes elected officers participating in DROP to terminate participation in DROP & enroll in subclass of Elected Officers' Class; increases time for participation in DROP for members of Elected Officers' Class of FRS; provides for one-time cost-of-living increase for certain retired members of FRS who have service credit earned between September 30, 1978, & January 1, 1993, in Special Risk Class of FRS, etc. Amends Ch. 121.
