TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; State Administration ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Haridopolos

Public Employee Optional Retirement; creates Public Employee Optional Retirement Program Trust Fund, to be administered by State Board of Administration as retirement trust fund not subject to termination pursuant to certain constitutional provision; provides for sources of moneys & purposes; provides for exemption from general revenue service charges; authorizes board to adopt rules to maintain qualified status of said program in compliance with Internal Revenue Code. Amends Ch. 121.
