GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Fasano

Public Employee Optional Retirement; creates "Officer Malcolm Thompson Act"; provides minimum retirement benefits payable to certain Special Risk Class members who are injured in line of duty & who are totally & permanently disabled due to such injury; provides for payment of normal benefits, disability retirement benefits, & death benefits under Public Employee Optional Retirement Program; provides for disability benefits for certain justices & judges, etc. Amends Ch. 121, 175.191, 185.18.
