CS/CS/SB 2058: Dangerous Dogs
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Agriculture & Consumer Services ; Sebesta
Dangerous Dogs; revises provisions re procedures for having dogs declared dangerous; authorizes animal control authorities to make such declarations; requires confinement of animals during hearing process; authorizes additional drugs for which permits may be issued for capture or euthanasia of animals; requires chemical immobilization training, which training must be approved by Veterinary Medicine Board, etc. Amends 767.12,.13, 828.055,.058,.03,.073,.27.
