GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz

School Boards/Surtax/Real Property; authorizes certain district school boards to levy additional surtax on deeds & other instruments re real property & interests therein; provides for use of proceeds; authorizes pledge of proceeds for bonds; provides that school board may elect to receive proceeds of surtax or of certain impact fees; provides that certain impact-fee programs are not repealed by this act; specifies effect of this act on conflicting ordinances & laws. Creates 201.032.
