SB 2266: Workers' Compensation

GENERAL BILL by Peaden

Workers' Compensation; provides that workers' compensation benefits are not exempt from child-support claims; provides that workers' compensation benefits & settlements count as income under child-support guidelines; revises liability for compensation; provides maximum amounts that family member may receive for nonprofessional attendant care; prescribes elements of compensable injury eligible for permanent total benefits, etc. Amends Chs. 61, 440, 627.
