GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Rossin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Firearm at School/Possession; requires that child found to have committed act of bringing firearm to school, to any school function, or onto any school-sponsored transportation be assigned to disciplinary program or second-chance school; requires that court retain jurisdiction over child during expulsion period; provides that sanctions pursuant to certain provision apply if child fails to comply with requirements of disciplinary program or second-chance school. Amends 230.235.
