Representatives from 2 years to 4 years & to increase, from 8 years to 12 years, number of consecutive years during which Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Fla. Representative, Fla. Senator, member of Fla. Cabinet, U.S. Representative from Florida, or U.S. Senator from Florida may hold office, etc. Amends s. 15, Art. III, s. 5, Art. IV, ss. 4 & 7, Art. VI.
