GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Dyer

Government Accountability; provides that property of state or monetary recovery made on behalf of state is not subject to lien; authorizes Legislative Auditing Committee to direct Auditor General & OPPAGA to conduct audits, reviews, & examinations of certain entities; revises requirements to become Auditor General; requires certain officers to provide OPPAGA with information; transfers authority of Legislative Auditing Committee, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $93,000.
