Burglary/Remaining in Building; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1080,950) revises elements of offense of burglary to include acts of remaining in building surreptitiously with intent of committing offense, remaining in building without permission with intent of committing offense, & remaining in building with intent of committing or attempting to commit forcible felony, etc. Amends 810.02; reenacts 810.11(1),(2),(3), 943.325(1)(a).
