GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Carlton

Appropriations Implementing Bill; implements 2001-2002 supplemental appropriations act; provides directives for executive agencies & judicial branch in adjusting performance measures & standards to respond to budgetary modifications; provides that moneys in Children & Adolescents Substance Abuse Trust Fund shall be used as provided in specified provisions; provides directive to Juvenile Justice Dept., etc. Amends FS.
