GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Sebesta
Transportation Facilities; provides limitations on duty of DOT to erect signage re road designations & bridge designations made by Legislature; repeals provision re legislative designations of transportation facilities; provides requirements for requests to establish road & bridge designations & redesignations. Creates 335.081; repeals 334.071.
