Insurance Policy Holder Protection; creates Insurance Policy Holder Protection Act; revises certain agent commission payment & policy servicing procedures & requirements; adds area eligible for coverage from Fla. Windstorm Underwriting Association; preserves policyholder's right to select & maintain certain agents; authorizes DOI to adopt rules to preserve such right; provides application. Amends 627.351,.3511; creates 627.3517.
