GENERAL BILL by Council for Healthy Communities ; Diaz-Balart ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Arza

Criminal Mischief; requires person who commits criminal mischief offense re placement of graffiti to pay minimum fine & perform community service; provides for parent or legal guardian of minor to be liable for payment of fine; authorizes court to decline to order payment of fine if court finds that person subject to payment of fine is unable to pay fine under certain circumstances. Amends 806.13.
