GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Spratt

Corporate Income Tax; amends provision which provides for apportionment of adjusted federal income to this state; revises conditions for determining when sales of tangible personal property occur in this state for certain industries; expands definition of qualified student; repeals certain provision re incorrect statute cross reference; repeals certain provision re application of certain credits to estimated payments, etc. Amends 220.15,.187; repeals 220.331.
