Estimated tax payments; effect of s. 220.187.
1220.331 Estimated tax payments; effect of s. 220.187.--The first two payments of estimated tax pursuant to 2s. 200.33 shall not be affected by any contribution made pursuant to 3this act.
History.--s. 9, ch. 2001-225.
1Note.--Section 9(2), ch. 2001-225, provides that "[t]his section shall take effect January 1, 2002, and apply to tax years beginning on or after that date."
