CS/SB 1272: Child Support/Health Care Coverage

GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Peaden

Child Support/Health Care Coverage; requires that court issue order for health care coverage for minor child in proceeding for dissolution of marriage rather than order for health insurance; requires DOR to notify obligor of withholding premium payments under notice; requires that DOR seek modification of certain awards of child support; provides for withholding of specified portion of noncustodial parent's unemployment compensation, etc. Amends Chs. 61, 409, 827.06, 120.80.
