SB 152: Tax/Physical Fitness Facilities

GENERAL BILL by Silver

Tax/Physical Fitness Facilities; provides that dues & fees paid to private physical fitness facilities are not subject to tax; excludes country clubs from exemption for said facilities; provides that exemption does not apply to contracts entered into & financed before effective date of this act. Amends 212.02.
