GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Lacasa
State Employees/Personnel System; authorizes DMS to contract with private vendor to provide personnel information system; provides for responsibility of state to maintain certain personnel records; provides for use of contracted vendor; authorizes contracted vendor to assist in compiling certain personnel data; authorizes dept. to contract with private sector company to provide personnel information system & services required of system. Amends Chs. 110, 215.
