Crime Victims' Rights; provides legislative findings; provides for advisement from court to victim of crime re rights of victims; provides for display of poster containing information concerning rights of crime victims; provides that such advisement is only for benefit of crime victims; requires clerk of court to make available certain information regarding enforcing liens & judgments, etc. Creates 960.0021; amends 960.001.
