Congressional Districts; amends provision re official census for congressional redistricting & applicable definitions; divides state into congressional districts (plan H112C002); amends provision re inclusion of unlisted territory in contiguous districts; amends provision re contiguity for areas specified for inclusion in one district which are entirely surrounded by other districts; provides severability, etc. Amends Ch. 8.
