CS/SB 218: Disabled People/Seizure Disorders

GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Cowin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Disabled People/Seizure Disorders; extends to people who have seizure disorders right to be accompanied by trained service dog in specified circumstances; provides penalties for violations of this section; conforms provision re trainers of service dogs. Amends 413.08.
