GENERAL BILL by Cowin
Public Records; revises exemptions re confidentiality of social security numbers of current & former agency employees & confidentiality of personal data, including social security numbers, which is collected by HSMV; provides penalties for revealing such numbers; provides that motor vehicle data may be revealed only after person who is subject of data has been given notice & has provided his or her written consent; provides exceptions, etc. Amends 119.07.
