GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Crist
Nursing Homes; revises membership & terms of office of Governor's Panel on Excellence in Long-Term Care; provides for selection of panel chairperson; provides conditions under which prohibition against payment of referral fees by assisted living facilities does not apply; authorizes AHCA to adopt rules; provides that certain penalties for patient brokering do not apply under such conditions. Amends 400.235,.4195, 817.505.
