CS/SB 288: Children/Continuances/Case Plans
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Campbell
Children/Continuances/Case Plans; provides that time limitations under specified provisions do not include continuances requested by any party; provides that time limitations governing placement of child in shelter do not include continuances requested by any party; provides limitations on continuances; eliminates requirement for court's continued review of child's placement in shelter. Amends 39.013,.402,.506.
