Domestic Violence; redefines terms "domestic violence" & "family or household member"; defines term "dating relationship"; deletes requirement that court order certain defendants to attend batterers' intervention program; specifies when person has standing to file petition for injunction against domestic violence; eliminates filing fee & revises provisions for reimbursement of costs for issuance of such injunctions, etc. Amends FS.
