Health Regulation; terminates standardized credentialing program for health care practitioners; requires accreditation of physician offices in which surgery is performed; exempts certain persons from radiologic technologist certification & provides certain training requirements for such exemption; defines term "medically unnecessary procedure"; requires AHCA to adopt rules governing conduct of inspections or investigations, etc. Amends FS.
