GENERAL BILL by Council for Healthy Communities ; Andrews ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gannon

Substance-abuse Services; redefines term "licensed service provider"; requires that licensure standards apply to certain residential treatment locations; requires that owners, directors, & chief financial officers of substance abuse service provider undergo background check pursuant to specific provisions; requires level-2 background screening for employees who work with children & with adults who are developmentally disabled, etc. Amends Ch. 397, 212.055, 440.102.
