Governmental Reorganization; provides exception to departmental structure requirements; deletes reference to Banking & Finance Dept. & substitutes Dept. of Insurance & Financial Services; creates Office of Chief Financial Officer; creates Dept. of Insurance & Financial Services; creates Offices of Commissioner of Insurance & Commissioner of Financial Services; creates Office of Transition Management; provides duties of Statutory Revision Division, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $5,600,498.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
