GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity

FRS/Contribution Rates; provides legislative purpose & intent to establish uniform contribution rate system for FRS; provides for establishment of uniform rates; provides allocations to Public Employee Optional Retirement Program accounts; provides for allocations to provide disability coverage for Public Employee Optional Retirement Program participants; provides for contributions for Social Security & for retiree health insurance subsidy, etc. Amends Ch. 121.
