State Land Acquisition Programs; revises limitation on deposit of certain funds into Land Acquisition Trust Fund; restricts authority for transfer of funds to Save Our Everglades Trust Fund; provides for funding of debt service on Florida Forever bonds; restricts future transfer of funds deposited pursuant to Florida Forever Act; restricts transfer of funds deposited in Florida Preservation 2000 Trust Fund, etc. Amends 201.15, 215.618, 259.101,.105,.1051, 373.470, 375.045. APPROPRIATION: $80,000,000.
